Shipping and Handling
Fast, Reliable Shipping Across Canada and the U.S.
We ship most orders via UPS Ground or Canada Post. Oversized or specialty units may require additional handling, and we'll contact you prior to billing if any extra shipping costs apply.
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order.
Delivery estimates: 4–10 business days within the continental U.S. and Canada (longer for remote or international orders).
Consolidated shipments: Whenever possible, we’ll ship your entire order together for convenience.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may have added fees.

Backorders
If an item is backordered, you’ll be notified via email. Orders delayed over 30 days include an option to cancel. When stock becomes available, backorders are fulfilled before new orders.

Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards through a secure online checkout system. All transactions are encrypted via SSL with security verified by Dealer Spike’s trusted certificate provider.

Order Accuracy Guarantee
We work hard to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly. If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, we’ll make it right.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our inventory and dealership operations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please confirm all order details before completing your purchase. If you have questions before ordering, our team is happy to assist.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to in-province orders as required by law.
